We do not move or lift large or heavy items. Items must be moved by the client before our arrival if deeper cleaning is needed in those areas.

Trash Removal Policy
We will take out garbage bags to the main outdoor bin — but all trash must be fully bagged and ready before we arrive. Loose trash removal is not included.

Pet Surcharge
A $30 charge applies to all Deep Cleaning bookings in homes with pets, covering the extra time and supplies needed.

Property Size & Type
We serve Residential homes, Commercial businesses, and New Construction properties. To ensure accurate pricing, please provide your approximate square footage when booking your consultation. Pricing is determined based on property type, size, and condition.
